Earlier reports said that the couple were "living separate lives" due to their hectic schedules and that the relationship might be in trouble, reported Daily Mail.
"She's not wearing her ring, and she's had a lot on her plate - it could be that somewhere along the way her relationship with Orlando may have slipped between the cracks," a source had said.
But Kerr's representative has lashed out at the reports, saying, "There is absolutely no truth in the headline or story."
Kerr, 29, wed Bloom in 2010 and became a mother to son Flynn last year.
