The police exhumed the bodies of Sarwan Oraon (19) and Pushpa Oraon (22) from Chamurchi tea garden close to the Indo Bhutan border, the sources said.

The families of both Sarwan and Pushpa had lodged a missing complaint with the Banarhat police station.

Acting on a tip-off, police went to a spot in Chamurchi tea garden and started digging the ground and found the bodies of Sarwan and Pushpa.

Both the bodies have been sent to hospital for postmortem to know the cause of the death.

Police sources said they are investigating as to who killed them and then buried them.
