Mix up over National Anthem at Pres function

In a mix up, a function attended by President Pranab Mukherjee to celebrate 125th birth anniversary of former Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru today started with Vande Mataram instead of the National Anthem.
The organisers-- Bidhan Memorial Trust and Jawaharlal Nehru 125th Birth Anniversary Committee later apologised for not following the convention of playing the National Anthem at the beginning of the function. It was played at the conclusion.
