Moghal road closed for traffic after snowfall, landslide

The Moghal road connecting Poonch district of Jammu region with Shopian district of Kashmir valley was closed today after fresh snowfall and landslide.
"Moghal road is closed for traffic in view of snowfall at Peer-Ki-Gali and landslide at Chatta Pani this morning", police officials said.
Some vehicles are stranded on the route and efforts are being made to clear it, they said.
Moghal road is the alternative highway between Jammu and Kashmir regions passing via Poonch-Shopian sector of the state.
