Moong, its dal rise on scattered demand

Moong and its dal prices rose by Rs 100 per quintal in an otherwise steady wholesale pulses market today on scattered demand.
However, other pulses moved in a narrow range in limited deals and settled around previous levels.
Traders said mild demand from retailers helped moong and its dal prices to trade higher.
In the national capital, moong and its dal chilka local rose by Rs 100 each to Rs 6,300-7,500 and Rs 7,400-7,800 per quintal, respectively. Moong dal dhoya local and best quality also traded higher by the same margin to Rs 7,300-7,500 and Rs 8,000-8,100 per quintal, respectively.

Urad 4,000-4,750, Urad Chilka (local) 5,500-5,700, best 5,750-6,350, Dhoya 6,000-6,400, Moong 6,300-7,500, Dal Moong Chilka local 7,400-7,800, Moong Dhoya local 7,300-7,500 and best quality 8,000-8,100.
Masoor small 4,700-4,950, bold 4,900-5,000, Dal Masoor local 5,550-5,650, best quality 5,650-5,750, Malka local 5,000-5,300, best 5,200-5,300, Moth 4,900-5,200, Arhar 4,250-4,350, Dal Arhar Dara 5,800-6,000.
Gram 3,300-3,850, Gram Dal (local) 4,050-4,250, best quality 4,150-4,250, Besan (35 kg) Shakti bhog 1,420, Rajdhani 1,420, Rajmah Chitra 7,200-10,700, Kabli Gram small 4,000-6,800, dabra 2,700-2,800, imported 4,700-5,100, Lobia 4,200-5,800, Peas white 3,000-3,050 and green 3,050-3,150.
