The 26-year-old actor called out Life & Style magazine, that posted a GIF on Twitter, which implied the "Gorgeous" singer had recently undergone the knife.
"Can you f**king stop? Let's empower women instead of judging their looks. There's more to us than that. Guess you can't teach stupid..." Hyland tweeted.
The same portal last month claimed that the actor underwent plastic surgery, who slammed the magazine in a seven-tweet humorous response.
"I have had the worst medical year of my life, and to create an entire article surrounding the question of if I've had plastic surgery in the most insulting thing," she wrote, poking fun at the tabloid.
