"A meeting of state's Cabinet focusing on Simhastha will be held in Ujjain soon, during which Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan will unveil a number of completed works," state Transport Minister and in-charge of Ujjain for the mega religious fair, Bhupendra Singh said today.
The Cabinet had earlier met on a cruise boat at Hanumantiya island, located near Indira Sagar dam, to promote tourism.
The Transport Minister yesterday inspected the ongoing construction works at Ujjain in the run up to the month-long Simhatha Mela to be held from April 22 to May 21.
The minister expressed satisfaction on the progress of works.
