The report had been filed on June 19.
The three-member special investigation team (SIT) headed by Justice (retd) Chandresh Bhushan filed its 9th report in connection with STF's investigation into irregularities in the examinations conducted by the Madhya Pradesh Professional Examination Board. SIT is monitoring the STF probe.
A division bench of Chief Justice A M Khanwilkar and Justice Alok Aradhe asked the STF chief to remain present in the court on June 26.
During the last hearing on May 15, the High Court had expressed unhappiness over the investigation.
The Court had asked why STF was not carrying out a probe on the lines of one into pre-medical tests scandal.
STF has to file charge sheets in 55 MPPEB cases by July 15 according to the guidelines issued by the High Court. But it has filed only half the number, according to sources close to the prosecution agency. Besides, it had to arrest many people involved in the scam, sources said.
