Khloe, 31, who has been the subject of surgical lip and butt enhancement rumours in the past, says she is open to going under the knife in the future, reported People magazine.
The 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' beauty addressed the speculation in a post on her official website and app, writing: "Let me set the record straight, once and for all: I haven't had any fillers or done any plastic surgery. YET, LOL (Sic)."
Khloe credits her "amazing make-up team" for helping her to highlight her best features.
But she plans to eventually get non-invasive procedures like Botox to help her preserve her youthful appearance.
"I'm going to get fillers eventually - that's the procedure I want to do when it's time - but I don't think I have wrinkles right at this moment.
