"The Legends Club president Madhav Apte, in consultation with the Cricket Club of India (CCI) president, Kekoo Nicholson, has decided to induct former India all-rounder Kapil Dev and badminton great Nandu Natekar into the club's legends group," said a media release today.
Apte, a former Test opening batsman, has obtained the consent from Kapil Dev and Nandu Natekar.
The Legends Club celebrates the birthdays of Vijay Merchant, Vijay Hazare, Vinoo Mankad, Sunil Gavaskar and Sachin Tendulkar.
