Terming the Union budget 2016-17 as a "dissapoinment", he said provisions like Krishi Kalyan Cess, Infra Cess and Clean Energy Cess will push up inflation.
"The Finance Minister in his budget speech made a mention of controlling fiscal deficit but failed to propose any roadmap to achieve the target," he said, adding that no change in tax slabs has disappointed people.
Former Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot rued that the Finance Minister made not mention the proposed oil refinery in the state.
