"The five-day Mutation Camp will be held at NDMC Convention Centre from July 20-24. List of pending cases along with deficiencies, if any, has been placed on our website," the civic body's spokesperson Jagjivan Bakshi said.
Mutation of a property is the transfer or change of title entry in revenue records of the local municipal corporation. The change in title ownership or may occur due to a number of reasons like death of the original owner and subsequent transfer of the ownership due to inheritance or succession.
"Those who will submit documents completed in all respect will be issued mutation letter at the camp itself. Only registered documents shall be entertained.
"Fresh applications can also be submitted during the camp which shall be disposed of within 30 working days in case all requirements are fulfilled," he added.
