Nepal ambassador calls on Rajnath

Ambassador of Nepal in India Deep Kumar Upadhyay today called on Home Minister Rajnath Singh here and discussed about the recent earthquakes in the Himalayan nation.
Sources said Upadhyay thanked the Home Minister for his efforts in helping Nepal after the April 25 quake where the National Disaster Response Force, which comes under the Home Ministry, had played a major role in the rescue operations.
Singh assured Upadhyay that India would continue to offer all help to Nepal in its relief and rehabilitation works following the destruction caused by the April 25 and May 12 quakes, sources said.
