"A new scheme is being prepared by HSIIDC under which land will be purchased by the Corporation in villages at the rates fixed by district administration in consultation with villagers so that maximum employment opportunities could be generated for local people by setting up industrial units near villages in the backward blocks," Khattar said here.
The land rates shall be fixed by the district administration with the consent of land owners. This will create more employment opportunities for rural people, he said.
On this occasion, Chief Minister announced a number of projects worth crore of rupees for the development of the constituency.
