Rajesh and Sanjit, residents of Bedipur and Pindara villages here respectively, have been arrested in the connection, police said today.
A total of nine persons have been taken into custody from the city in connection with the case, they said.
The police also noted that fake IDs were used in committing the crime.
Rajesh runs a coaching centre in Sonipat and other accused have also been linked to this centre, they said.
A Special Investigation Team is probing the matter.
A total 4.61 lakh students in the state were to appear in the HTET examination including 1.44 lakh for JBT, 1.81 lakh for TGT and 1.37 lakh for PGT.
