"We demand that the state government should release the third instalment of 6th pay commission arrears early, providing relief to employees and pensioners," president of National Mazdoor Conference Subash Shastri said.
Addressing a rally here, Shastri pointed out that funds have already been earmarked in the current budget, but the instalment has not been released.
He also demanded that the long pending GP Funds bills, should also be cleared at the earliest.
