The Chief Judicial Magistrate court issued the non-bailable warrant against the BJP MLA yesterday for allegedly beating up a Nayab Tehsildar a couple of days back, Circle Officer of Gadarpur Rajiv Mohan said.
Police was raiding various places to arrest the MLA and the other accused in the case. If he is not arrested at the earliest, then his properties will be attached, he said.
On August 25, BJP MLA Arvind Pandey's supporters beat up Nayab Tehsildar Sher Singh Gawal when he had gone to resolve a land dispute in Gadarpur, police said.
