Not looking forward to have a career in Bollywood: Dhanush

Tamil superstar Dhanush, who is gearing up for the release of his debut Bollywood film 'Raanjhanaa', has no further plans about his career in the Hindi Film industry.
The 30-year-old 'Kolaveri Di' hitmaker said he will first see the response of the audience when the film will hit theatre and then decide on taking up other Bollywood projects.
"I do not plan like that. I just came across a good script. I am not concerned about anything but the happiness of Anand L Rai (director). I am waiting for the reaction of the audience," said Dhanush, who was in the capital today to promote the film alongwith co-star Sonam Kapoor.

'Raanjhanaa' will hit theatres on June 21.
Dhanush is the son-in-law of superstar Rajnikanth and said he does not consult the actor when it comes to selecting roles.
"I don't consult with Rajnikanth about my work," the 'Aadukalam' star said.

Dhanush's character in the film, Kundan, belongs to Varanasi and it required the actor to speak in chaste Hindi.
"I am very pleased to see myself speak Hindi on-screen.I do speak in Hindi but it will take time and lot more practice to speak fluently. It was very difficult to dub in Hindi. It was the toughest thing that I have ever done. I hope I have done 70-80 per cent justice," he said.

The actor said his co-star Sonam was very patient and co-operative during the shoot of the film.
"Sonam didn't teach me Hindi. Sonam was very patient and calm. She never laughed at me. You can not learn a language in a day. It takes lot of practice," he added.
Quizzed about the difference in working culture between Hindi and Tamil film industry, Dhanush said, "There is no difference at all in filmmaking process. I found it really easy and simple here and it is similar to what we do in south."
'Raanjhanaa' has been primarily shot in Delhi and Varanasi.

"Banaras was beautiful. Spiritually it was very enlightening. It's a great place," Dhanush said.
