One Direction member Zayn Malik has dismissed reports suggesting that he is planning to quit the boy band. Recent reports said that Malik was considering to leave the group but a representative for the band has now come out with a denial on behalf of him, reported Aceshowbiz. "It's completely untrue, Zayn isn't leaving the band," a statement from the representative read. Malik was recently embroiled in another controversy when reports surfaced that he cheated on his 19-year-old girlfriend Perrie Edwards, a member of the British pop group Little Mix, with an Australian waitress/stripper named Courtney Webb. Malik has since denied the cheating rumors, even enlisting the help of his band mates in what seems to be a public apology or expression of loyalty last week, which Edwards accepted. After that stressful episode, the 20-year-old purposely wanted to take a break from the band, to de-stress and spend more time with his girlfriend.
