In September last year, GSFC had said it will delist its shares from the NSE as no trading in the company's scrips took place for more than a decade.
On the other side, Zenith Computers in June had announced to delist its share from the NSE without stating any reason.
However, both the companies had said that their scrips will be traded on BSE which has nationwide trading terminals.
"It is hereby notified that the following security (GSFC and Zenith Computers) will be suspended from trading w.E.F. March 11, 2016. (ie with effect from closing hours of trading on March 10, 2016)," NSE said in two separate but similar worded circulars.
