About 200 district and block level education officers from across the country are expected to participate.
NUEPA will also hold an award function on December 10 at Nehru Memorial Museum and Library Auditorium here to give recognition to district and block level education officers.
The main objective of the programme is to recognise innovative ideas and practices adopted by district and block level education officers, a statement released here said.
Human Resources Development minister Smriti Irani will present the awards to the winners.
