"Further action will be taken after report of the inquiry comes," Chief Medical Officer of Bahraich, R K Tandon said today, adding that deputy CMO is conducting the probe.
However, the CMO said that no police complaint has been filed.
The nurse in her complaint yesterday to the CMO has alleged that the in-charge of the centre misbehaved with her in an inebriated state and tried to take her inside a room on Saturday.
Meanwhile, taking strong view of the matter, Additional Director Medical Health and Family Welfare Dr P K Ojha will reach the PHC to look into the issue today.
