The Amaravati Declaration might be released three months later, after deliberations at the three-day conclave are compiled.
A cursory list of issues taken up for discussion by the NWP was read out at the valedictory ceremony that a top official later said should be treated as the "draft resolution".
Beyond this there was no official word.
The issues that were a part of the supposed draft resolution included marriage age for women, nutrition and malnutrition-related problems, poor sanitation in schools, taboos and stigmas (affecting women) in society, social development and equal access to resources and digital literacy.
The NWP also failed to present the publicised International Woman Icon of the World and the 12 best Young Achievers awards.
The Young Achievers awards were supposed to be presented to those from fields like judiciary, media, police, defence, start-ups, bureaucracy, literature, sports, technology and spirituality.
Thousands of girl students, who participated in the three-day event, were not given even Certificate of Participation.
Though the organisers started issuing certificates to a few of them, a near-stampede like situation ensued at the registration counters, forcing officials to abandon the plan.
He even offered them his mobile phone number to contact him in case they did not receive the certificate within a week.
A senior police official passed the blame on the Krishna district administration which "failed to plan" it properly.
