"Omar government in J&K is insensitive towards problems of the farmers and is doing nothing to promote the agriculture sector," Bihar BJP Kissan Morcha President Dhirendra Singh said at a function here.
Singh said he was highly disappointed to see the plight of farmers in Jammu and Kashmir.
"States like J&K, which has the potential of good agriculture, have been neglected by the state government as a result of which poor farmers are at the verge of starvation", he said.
