The five accused took the woman to a spot with the promise of getting her a job at a thermal power unit at Dadri and gang-raped her there, they said.
According to sources, the police did not initially register the case but after intervention of senior police officials an FIR was lodged today against the five accused under relevant sections and one person was arrested.
Two of the accused have been identified as Pappu Yadav and Naresh.
"Pappu Yadav has been arrested and a manhunt has been launched to arrest the other accused," a police officer said.
