The song was to be featured in the band's upcoming third studio album 'Midnight Memories' which is slated to release on November 25, reported Hollywood Life.
The track is said to be written as a way of thanking fans for their support over the past few years.
"Diana, let me be the one to light a fire inside you child. You could love me, you don't even know me.But I can feel you crying," were some lines from the leaked song.
One Direction consists of Niall Horan, Zayn Malik, Liam Payne, Harry Styles and Louis Tomlinson.
