A Tata Sumo was on its way to Gandoh from Sinno when it skidded off the road and fell into a 250 feet deep gorge on the Gandoh-Jai road near Kharangal, he added.
The deceased was identified as Shafqat Hussain. He died on his way to the hospital, the officer said.
The injured--Kuldip Kumar and Tanveer Ahmed--were admitted to Sub District Hospital (SDH), Gandoh, in critical condition. They were later shifted to District hospital in Doda, he said.
