One more jaundice case in Phagwara; count reaches 28

One more case of jaundice was registered in Phagwara today, taking the total number of cases in the city to 28.
Twenty-seven of the 28 cases, including the one reported today, have been from Pehchan Nagar, a colony in Mansa Devi Nagar area here, SMO of Phagwara Civil Hospital Dr Jaswinder Singh said.
Between September 9 and September 13, as many as 18 cases were reported in the city, with ten more cases registered between September 14 and September 16, he said.
Singh said most of the patients were children.
