Asserting that demonetisation was a "revolutionary step" which could be taken by a "strong and courageous" government only, he claimed demonetisation has not only promoted cashless payment system, but it has also led to increase in number of tax payers.
"Only those parties will observe "black day" on November 8 which have blackmoney left with them," Vij said here.
"November 8 can be a 'black day' for the Congress which was involved in scams of around Rs 12 lakh crore," he said.
