A total of 144 buildings were identified as dangerous for the period, with Sadar Paharganj zone alone accounting for 137 such structures, a report released by the NDMC said.
Out of those identified as dangerous, four have been demolished while two have been partly demolished, the report said.
"The survey is part of our annual exercise and we will be adding figures for the May-June period to it as well," NDMC PRO Yogendra Singh Mann said.
Recently, three persons were killed and 12 others injured when a three-storey under-construction building collapsed in the Sadar Bazar area.
In last year's survey, 12 structures were identified in Sadar Paharganj zone while 56 were reported in 2012.
