The round table will be a part of the agrotechnology fair 'Agro Tech 2014', to be organised by the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) during November 22-25 in Chandigarh.
"During this fair, we are doing a round table on Indo-Pakistan agriculture trade, a delegation is also coming from Pakistan. The focus is how to enhance agriculture trade between two countries, and to work out what should be the strategy and roadmap to enhance the trade," CII'S Northern Region Regional Director Pikender Pal Singh said in a press conference.
More than 150 exhibitors are likely to participate in this event, including about 37 international exhibitors.
Food Processing Minister Harsimrat Kaur Badal and Chief Ministers of both Punjab and Haryana are expected to attend inaugural ceremony.
