Penguin launches 'summer reads' campaign

Penguin Books India has launched its 'summer reads' campaign which provides a hand-picked selection of some of its popular books.
Highlighting six categories - love, linger, lust, live, life and leap - these reads have something for every reader.
"Books make perfect companions, and this summer, we wanted to offer our readers a choice of some fantastic books to sail through the season. Our fabulous range across genres promises something for everyone, with enough choice to see you through the long summer months," says Hemali Sodhi, vice president of Penguin Books India.
"With something for everyone, our summer picks cut through the noise with a hand-picked selection of some of finest books from our stable. Highlighting six categories, these wonderful reads are poised to be the perfect companions through this summer," she says.

Penguin's various genres are promoted through some very interesting tag lines such as 'A Summer of Love': for easy reads; 'Linger Just a Little Longer': for non-fiction books; 'Lust for the Forbidden': for erotica; 'Live Dangerously'': for thrillers; 'A Live Full of Surprises': for fiction; and 'Leap into Adventure': for kids and young adults.
Each category boosts of exciting titles. 'A Summer of Love' has Ravinder Singh's "Can Love Happen Twice", "Like It Happened Yesterday" and "I Too Had a Love Story", Meenakshi Reddy Madhavan's "Cold Feet", Durjoy Datta and Nikita Singh's "Someone Like You", and Daniel Glattauer's "Every Seventh Wave".

For people looking to read something cheeky, they can indulge in the erotica section with books from the exciting Sylvia Day series and Megan Hart's "Switch" and "Tempted".
