PeopleStrong launches India's first HR chatbot 'Jinie'

Human resources solutions and technology company PeopleStrong today launched chatbot 'Jinie', which aims to shift HR from a transactional interface with employees to a conversational interface that is engaging and impactful.
Jinie will be like an employee's personal worklife assistant who can help in solving any HR related query, the company said in a release issued here.
Be it completing employee data, applying for leaves or managing any kind of employee transactions, Jinie will be there for the employees every time.
"The chatbot will eventually have a stronghold in enterprises as they move ahead in the digital HR journey. It will prove to be the biggest advantage for the enterprise as it will be available virtually 24/7, giving employees on the field instant access to transactions and HR data, regardless of location or time zone," PeopleStrong Co-founder and CEO Pankaj Bansal said.
