"Judicial officers in all district courts of Delhi have been provided with individual toilets attached with their respective chambers except Tis Hazari Court Complex (Principal Court building in Delhi), which is the oldest Court of Delhi, with maximum number of judicial Officers posted there.
"The petitioner(advocate) noted that all judicial officers posted at Tis Hazari Court are not provided individual toilets attached with their Chambers. Therefore, the situation(in this context) of judicial officers posted at Tis Hazari courts complex is not on par with the judicial officers having same rank posted at other court complex in the national capital," the PIL said.
The petitioner has made the Chief Justice the Delhi High Court a party in the PIL.
