According to the MeT department, the maximum temperature was a degree above normal and slightly higher than yesterday's 27.6 degree Celsius, while the minimum was three notches below normal at 8.8 degrees Celsius, which was the same as yesterday.
There was no rainfall in the city and the humidity levels oscillated between 23 and 93 per cent.
The weatherman has forecast a mainly clear sky for tomorrow with a likelihood of mist and shallow fog in the morning.
The maximum and minimum temperatures are expected to hover around 28 degrees and 9 degrees Celsius, respectively.
