Pleasant morning, skies to be partly cloudy later in the day

It was a pleasant morning today with clear skies in the national capital as the minimum temperature settled to 24.3 degree Celsius, a notch above normal.
According to MeT department officials, humidity was at 70 per cent till 8.30 AM this morning.
It is likely to become partly cloudy later in the day, the weatherman said.
"It will be a mainly clear sky today, becoming partially clouded from afternoon onwards. The maximum temperature would be around 36 degree celsius," a MeT official said.
Yesterday, the day temperature was recorded at 37.2 degrees Celsius, three degrees above normal, while the minimum settled a notch above normal at 24 degrees Celsius.
