"Acting on a tip-off, police today rushed to Udhampur town and arrested Mohammad Aslam, the other accused in the stone pelting incident and crime against women," a police officer said.
Two persons had barged into the Nari Niketan facilities in Kashmir's Udhampur district and in Jammu and had pelted stones at its inmates.
The incident happened during the intervening night of May 4 and 5.
The duo escaped, but one Mohammad Irfan was arrested after police launched a massive hunt to nab the culprits.
