According to sources, the police has said in its report that during its probe, nothing has been found to substantiate the allegations levelled by the complainant against Vishwas to register any criminal case against him.
The ATR was filed in the court of Metropolitan Magistrate Sunil Kumar Sharma who has now fixed the matter for arguments on February 24.
The court had on December 21 asked the police to file a status report as to whether any FIR has been registered on the complaint.
She has claimed that she had approached the police with her complaint but no action was taken against the leader.
