Traditional new year celebrations will be held tomorrow by Kashmiri Pandits (Navreh), Sindhi community (Cheti Chand), Meitei community of Manipur (Sajibu Cheiraoba) and in Andhra Pradesh and Karanatka (Ugadi) and Maharashtra (Gudi Padva).
