Barring tomato, which still continues to sell at close to Rs 50 per kg, about Rs 20 more than its normal price, prices of most other vegetables have registered a drop, traders said.
The prices of peas, which had touched an all-time high of Rs 160 per kg about two weeks back, has come down to Rs 40-50 per kg now, they added.
Traders said prices of other commonly consumed vegetables had also dropped in comparison to prices at which they were selling over a week back.
Onion prices have also fallen from Rs 40 per kg to Rs 30 now.
As local produce of potato has now started to enter the markets, the prices of the tuber crop, too, have come down from earlier Rs 25 to Rs 15 now.
Prices of other vegetables, including broccoli, radish, turnip, spinach, fenugreek, brinjal and pumpkin have also fallen, traders said.
