Tunkesh Yadav, belonging to Nadrauli village, lodged in the jail since March 24, 2014 had complained of stomach ache and was admitted to district hospital on April 21 from where he was brought back to jail on April 23, SP City Anil Kumar Yadav said.
Tunkesh , a relative of SP MLA from Gunnaur Ram Khilari Singh Yadav, again complained of stomach ache yesterday and was rushed to hospital where the doctors declared him dead.
Tunkesh had stated that in the event of any eventuality , these three should be held responsible, his brother claimed.
On the complaint of Tunkesh's brother, FIR under various sections of IPC was filed at the Civil Lines police station against jail superintendent N.L Dohre, deputy jailor Sunil Gautam, CO Jail Deepak Chauhan and three others of the opposite parties in the case against Tunkesh, the SP said.
