The 33-year-old actress, who made her debut in the West with thriller TV series "Quantico" and went on to win People's Choice award, had earlier made an appearance at "Jimmy Kimmel Live".
Priyanka retweeted a post shared by one of her fan clubs.
"@priyankachopra to make her first appearance on @FallonTonight on March 3. @jimmyfallon," the post read.
The impressive list of Hollywood stars, who have visited the show include Nicole Kidman, Anne Hathaway, Martin Scorcese, Penelope Cruz and Ryan Reynolds.
Her visit on the show comes ahead of the premiere of Quantico's second season, which is set to start from March 6.
