The Congress leaders will hand over a memorandum demanding imposition of central rule due to the "deteriorating" law and order situation in the wake of a young girl being molested and thrown off a bus owned by the Badal family in Moga.
PCC chief Partap Singh Bajwa said "we will also demand a CBI probe against the ruling Badal family and conflict of interest by the Badals".
The delegation will include former Union Ministers Ambika Soni, Ashwani Kumar and M S Gill besides party general Secretary incharge of Punjab Congress Shakeel Ahmed, Bajwa and CLP leader Sunil Jakhar.
