Punjab freedom fighters organisation head no more

The head of Punjab Freedom Fighters Organisation Nazar Singh died at his native Ghalkalan village in this district, his family said here today.
Singh died a natural death last night, aged 100, his family said.
He had served Indian National Army headed by Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose and remained in jail for more than three years, his family said.
Singh was cremated with full state honours today.
Several people from all walks of life, including many freedom fighters from various parts of district of Moga, Firozepur and Faridkot attended the funeral.
Singh, is survived by his wife, two daughters and four sons.
