Punjab govt reshuffles 4 IAS, 1 PCS officers

The Punjab government today transfered 4 IAS (Indian Administrative Service) and one PCS (Punjab Civil Service) officers today.
IAS officer Jaspal Singh has been posted as Secretary, Expenditure (Finance department), with additional charge of Secretary Programme Implementation, an official spokesperson said here today.
Singh currently holds the charge of Secretary, Planning and Special Economic Package; and Secretary, Social Security, Development for women and Children.
IAS officer Vikas Pratap has been given the charge of Secretary Vigilance. Currently, he is Secretary, Personnel.
Raj Kamal Chaudhuri posted as Secretary, Jails (Independent Charge) and in addition Secretary, Home Affairs and Justice, has been given the additional charge of Secretary to Punjab Chief Minister.

Gurneet Tej has been posted as Additional Secretary, Finance and Director, Treasury and Accounts .
The Spokesperson further said that Vinay Bublani, PCS has been posted as Chief Executive Officer, Jung-E-Azadi Memorial Foundation, Jalandhar and in addition as the chairman of Improvement Trust, Jalandhar.
