Quess Corp to raise Rs 873 cr by issuing equity shares

Travel services provider Thomas Cook India today said its subsidiary Quess Corp will raise over Rs 873 crore through allotment of over 1 crore equity shares under its institutional placement programme.
The capital raising committee of the board decided to allot today 1,09,24,029 equity shares of Rs 10 each to successful applicants at an issue price of Rs 800 per equity share, aggregating to Rs 873.92 crore, the company said in a BSE filing.
The stock closed 0.09 per cent up at Rs 218.50 on BSE.
