Vijay Sai Reddy, who was Jagan's auditor, is to appear before the Enforcement Directorate in Delhi in connection with the case.
The court allowed his plea after the CBI said it had no objection, but he should inform whenever he travels to Delhi.
The court while granting him bail on October 8 had directed him not to leave Hyderabad without prior permission.
Meanwhile, former Andhra Pradesh minister Mopidevi Venkataramana Rao, another accused in VANPIC aspect of the case, today surrendered before the court, after which the court sent him in judicial custody till October 31.
The case in which Sai is an accused relates to allegations that several companies invested money in Jagan's companies in return for government favours when his father, the late Y S Rajasekhara Reddy, was the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh.
