"The sky will remain partly cloudy and rain and thunder showers would occur in some areas tomorrow onwards," said a MeT department official.
The sky remained partly cloudy today with minimum and maximum temperatures settling at 26.8 and 36.5 degrees Celsius, each two notches above the normal temperatures for the season, he said.
The humidity levels oscillated between maximum 83 per cent and minimum 50 per cent, respectively, on the day.
The Weatherman has predicted maximum and minimum temperatures to settle at 34 degrees Celsius and 26 degrees Celsius, in the next twenty four hours.
