According to the MeT office here, maximum rainfall was recorded in Shahabad in Bara district at 12-cm, followed by Barmer district 10-cm. There were a number of place which received below 9-cm of rains.
Ganganagar and Churu recorded 12 and 2.6 mm of rains, respectively since this morning.
Heatwave conditions have already been abated in the state and the day temperature remained below 39.6 degrees Celsius.
Light to moderate rains are likely to occur in the state during the next 24 hours, according to a MeT forecast.
