Rains lash Raj, MeT predicts heavy downpour in next 24 hrs

Heavy rains lashed few places in Rajasthan with Kachola town in Bhilwara district recording maximum 17 centimeter of rainfall in the last 24 hours.
Light to moderate rains occurred at most of the places in all the division of the state.
Ladnu in Churu received 11 cm rains whereas other places including Chipabarod, Fatehpur, Piplu, Mangaliawas, Neem ka Thana and Sanganer towns gauged 1 to 8 cm of rainfall, according to MeT department here.
The weather department has predicted heavy rains at isolated places in eastern parts of the state in the next 24 hours.
